Coronavirus

Maatregelen:

Vanaf 4 mei kunnen we u weer verwelkomen in de praktijk voor niet-dringende consultaties en operaties, zoals o.a. vaccinaties, sterilisaties en castraties.

We herinneren u nog even aan de voorzorgsmaatregelen:

Hygiënevoorschriften

Indien u over een mondmasker beschikt, appreciëren we dat u het draagt.
Indien er zich iemand in de balie bevindt, wacht dan eventjes buiten.
Ontsmet uw handen bij binnenkomen met de daartoe voorziene handgel op de balie.
Hou voldoende afstand.
1 begeleidende persoon per dier.
Ontsmet uw handen opnieuw bij buitengaan.

Vaccinatie

Afspraken kunnen telefonisch gemaakt worden vanaf maandag 27 april (momenteel nog niet online, omdat we controle willen houden over de afspraken, zodat er voldoende tijd kan voorzien worden om veilig te werken).
Er zal in de eerste fase een beperkt aantal vaccinaties per dag kunnen uitgevoerd worden, zodat er ook voldoende tijd blijft voor zieke dieren en dringende gevallen. Hou dus rekening met een eventuele wachttijd.

Operaties

Deze zullen opnieuw opgestart worden, u kan vanaf maandag 27 april bellen voor een afspraak.

Onze praktijk bestaat reeds meer dan 15jaar! Er is in die 15 jaar heel wat veranderd. Via deze website willen we u laten zien wie we zijn en wat we doen. Kijk eens rond, ontdek waarom wij voor u en uw dier iets meer kunnen betekenen. En aarzel vooral niet om ons te contacteren bij vragen.

We zijn een jonge snelgroeiende praktijk met een hart voor u en uw dieren. We vinden het belangrijk om uw huisdieren de beste zorgen te geven. Ze zijn tenslotte een deel van het gezin.

Voorkomen is beter dan genezen

We willen daarom niet louter het zieke dier genezen maar u begeleiden tijdens zijn levensweg. Van jong dier tot een senior. Daarom is onze jaarlijkse gezondheidscontrole meer dan vaccineren alleen. We geven advies op maat van uw dier.

We streven ernaar om op een liefdevolle manier diergeneeskunde van hoge kwaliteit te bieden.

Eigen bloedanalyse toestel

We beschikken over een eigen bloedanalyse toestel. Zo kunnen snel de bloedresultaten evalueren om zo tot een diagnose te komen.

Dit is nuttig bij nier-, suiker- en spoedpatiënten, maar bewijst zeker ook zijn voordeel bij seniors. Zo sporen we sneller verdoken aandoeningen op. Wij gebruiken dit ook zeer vaak als pre-anesthetisch onderzoek bij operaties om zo een juist anesthesie protocol uit te kiezen.

Dermatologie

Dierenarts Katrien Tanghe studeerde reeds 3 jaar aan de ESAVS European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies en volgde daar een cursus in Wenen om de dermatologie patiënten in de praktijk beter te kunnen begeleiden. Zij blijft zich bijscholen om zich zo nog meer in dit vak te verdiepen. U kunt met uw specifieke jeuk-, schilfer- en allergiepatiënten bij haar terecht.
